Tuesday, December 29 - Shopping

Took bus again to the Corso area, first stopping at an Irish pub, where Patty had a yummy baked potato stuffed with cheese and beans, and Ed had Chicken curry. Patty found she liked cider! Gary was letting his beard grow until he got home.

We walked the distance from the square to an area near the Spanish steps ad then to our hotel, where we rewarded ourselves with cake and spumante (bubbly wine). (Gary and Aimee had gone out the day before when Ed was not feeling well, and bought some Christmas cake at a discounted price, and were surprised when they opened the box to find a bottle of spumante wine!).

It was raining again, and we walked the streets and saw many things....
